Cheryl L. McAfee, FAIA, NOMA, LEED AP BD+C

Owner & CEO | Principal Architect | McAfee3 Architects

Cheryl is the Principal Architect for several major projects including the new 25,000 SF Library for South Fulton Georgia, the Atlanta Beltline Master Planning Study, and multiple design efforts with the City of Atlanta’s Water Treatment Plants and Fire Stations. From 2000 – 2013, she served as Principal Architect on a master planning and design joint venture for the $7 billion expansion of the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport… the world’s most traveled airport and owner’s representative for the construction of the International Concourse and Terminal.

She was the Senior Program Manager of design and construction for all 33 sports venues of the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. In 2013, Cheryl was selected as “Woman of the Year” by the Atlanta Business League, a 2018 Atlanta Business Chronicle “Women Who Mean Business” honoree, a 2018 National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) Georgia Chapter Hard Hat Awards recipient, and the 2018 recipient of the Ivan Allen Sr. Trophy recipient for broad commitment to her profession’s community with a deep and lasting impact on her peers, AIA, and the built environment.

She is also the recent recipient of the 2019 NOMAtlanta Inspire Award for Service to the Profession. In 2017, Cheryl was a keynote speaker at the AIA National convention in Orlando, Florida and the 2017 commencement speaker at Kansas State University School of Architecture.

Erica Jean-Baptiste

Located here in Metro Atlanta, Georgia, WGGP Construction Services, LLC, and Virtual Administration Services(VAS) and T.W.I.S.T. (Training Women In Skilled Trades) divisions of WGGP, were co-founded as a solution to the insufficient women and minority owned industry businesses, the dwindling skilled-trades workforce and its’ lack of construction industry related administrative support services needed.

By incorporating a solution-driven collaborative approach, WGGP provides non-traditional career opportunities for women to enter all areas of the construction industry.

Erica is also CEO of Green Energy Space International, LLC and serves as Business Developer for Mokun Solar Technology, opening up opportunities in the green energy industry. She is also excited to be a part of Flip The Conversation, LLC, a non-profit that is changing the negative mindset of our K-12 students, allowing us to shatter those myths and break those barriers.

Audra L. Cunningham

Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer | T. Dallas Smith & Company

Audra is a senior real estate executive who transitioned into tenant representation following a 23-year career in telecommunications including time with BellSouth and Earthlink. She performed in several senior management roles, including call center management, marketing, product management and national special projects.

Audra began her career as a tenant rep broker in Atlanta during the heart of the 2008 recession. She was recruited to join JLL in Washington DC in 2010 where she built a client base of law firms, non-profits, government contractors and corporations. Subsequently, Audra was recruited by CBRE and Newmark Knight Frank where she represented clients between Atlanta and Washington DC. Prior to joining TDS&Co, Audra worked with Physician’s Realty Trust (REIT), where she was responsible for leasing over three million square feet of medical office space throughout the Southeast.

As the firm’s first female senior executive, she is responsible for leading the expansion of the company’s national tenant representation brokerage division, talent development and recruitment while overseeing the firm’s administrative operations.
